Snake Gourd Rings | Padavalakai kodubale
Besan flour (Gram flour)
Jeera (cumin seeds)
Red chilli powder
Mango powder (amchur powder)
Cut Snake gourd ring wise, wash and keep them aside.
In a bowl, mix gram flour, jeera, hing, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, mango powder, chopped curry leaves, salt. Add little water and make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan
Dip the snake gourd ring and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
Crispy snake gourd rings are ready to eat. Serve with tomato ketchup.
