Curry leaves chicken recipe
Fennel seeds –
Cumin seeds (Jeera)
Dry roast cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns and half of the curry leaves together. Make a fine powder of these.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger and garlic and fry little.
Now add green chillies and turmeric powder and fry for a while.
Add onions and salt and fry till onions become golden brown.
Now add half of the curry leaves and then add curry leaves masala powder and sauté well.
Add chicken and coriander powder and mix well. Let the chicken cook till soft.
Squeeze a lemon & garnish with coriander leaves.
