Chicken Fried Rice Gravy
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, ajinomoto and salt. Keep aside for 20- 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat oil.
  3. Add chopped garlic and fry
  4. Add slit green chillies and fry
  5. Add marinated chicken, soya sauce, vegetables. Let them cook.
  6. Now add vinegar & cornflour water
  7. Let it cook. The gravy should be little thick.
  8. Now the fried rice gravy is ready to serve with fried rice.
